Terms of use

PortaPass is a CSV preflight and conversion utility, not a password manager, backup service, automatic browser sync service or security guarantee. You remain responsible for keeping source and exported files secure and verifying the result of each import.

Free analysis and full export

iOS 1.1.1 makes local CSV analysis available without an app-download charge. Creating a complete converted CSV requires the non-consumable Full CSV Export in-app purchase unless you are an eligible customer who originally acquired the paid-upfront version 1.0 or 1.1. Purchases and refunds are administered by Apple.

Safe use

Use the app only with files and accounts you are authorised to manage. Do not send credentials to support. Delete temporary CSV files after use. Destination products can change their formats or limits, so review their current instructions and test important logins after import.

Availability and liability

The app is provided on an as-available basis. No software can guarantee that every third-party field, credential type or destination import will be supported. To the extent permitted by law, Fairlight Apps is not liable for losses caused by insecure handling of plaintext exports, unsupported destination features or failure to verify a migration. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
